Quality Control:

Due to availability, some items may vary, however items will always be of equal or greater value to insure quality.

Availability:

Since we make these items ourselves, we may not have every item in stock.  If we are out, we will inform you of the shipping date, for your acceptance, at the time of your order.

Payment:

Payment is due prior to shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money orders and Checks. You will be charged $20,00 for checks that are returned.   For your own protection, we do not advise sending your credit card information by e-mail. You can fax, mail or phone us the information.

Return Policy:

A 15% restocking fee will be withheld from the original cost of the item paid.  No shipping charges will be reimbursed.

hipping:

Shipping charges to be paid by buyer. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or 2 day priority unless otherwise specified.   We will notify you what the shipping charges are when we know the destination of your order. Please allow 1 to 6 working days depending on your location.  We will notify you by e-mail the day it is shipped.

 For a higher fee, next day is available.   Please let us know at time of ordering.

Order Processing Time:

Items in stock will be shipped  as soon as payment is cleared.

Items not in stock will be shipped 2 to 8 weeks from time payment is cleared.

A  2.9% tax will be added to all Colorado residents.
