Hames Collar Hall Tree Mirror

We have taken the traditional mirror in a horse collar and made it a little more functional. The traditional part is an aged reclaimed horse collar , added a pair of hames from an old harness, cleaned and refinished both and had good plate glass mirror cut to fit the inside of the collar. To this we add coat and hat hooks made from old horse shoes. This produces a unique hanging hall tree, for those who appreciate a rustic touch or those appreciating reminders of the horse drawn era. To mount the item so that it will support a load of coats , etc. we provide a hanger for it, one that can be securely mounted to a wall. This hall tree collar mirror is unique in that we used wooden hames instead of the traditional metal hames. This item shown is approximately 27 x 20 x 8 in.

Horse Clock

This is an old horse and clock figure in relief (not full 3 dimensional figure) . Items like this were popular in the 40.s and early 50,s. The clock runs and keeps good time.   The finish and all is in very good condition. The back has to be removed in order to set the time as the knob that sets the clock is missing. If it wasn't for this , the unit would command a larger price as a collectable.
